--###more punk rock###--

For years the dispute about who is the most punk band ever has peculated through social conversation. "Who's more punk? The Sex Pistols or the Ramones?" Well the answer is there is no answer.

Both bands are incredibly punk.

The Ramones have more music but the attitude of the Sex Pistols are what make them definitive punk. The Ramones catchy beats and vast array of diversity in their music got them induced into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame while the Sex Pistols scoffed off the offer as being too proper of a thing for their tastes.

Both bands are significant in their own right to the world of music thus there is no answer on who is more punk of the two.

The Sex Pistols history of Anarchist behavior is notorious to the entire United Kingdom. They started the punk music cultural revolution a year before the Ramones hit the US scene.

However, in regards to the amount of recorded material that their fan base can enjoy, the Ramones is a dish best served cold as they are clearly the winner. In terms of influence however; the matter will always remain a mystery to the Music Scene.

They were two different forms of punk to put it simply.

Following the upheaval of the music industry after the invention of Punk; many bands continue to spread the culture. These bands spread both their political and aggressive music progressions unto legions of hold-fast rocksteady fans all around the world.

Punk is about civil un-justice and fixing problems for a plethora of musical audiences. No one band can hold the title of "Punk" that would just be being a band full of posers.
