Metal sensation Disturbed first hit the music scene in 2000 with their album The Sickness. The band consists of David Draiman providing vocals, Mike Wengren on sticks, Dan Donegan on the axe and Fuzz playing bass.

The band had formed several years earlier until finally landing a label to produce their music. The Sickness was the bands introductory album and contains the hits "Stupify", "Droppin' Plates", "Meaning of Life", "Shout 2000", and "Down with the Sickness". Shout 2000 was a remake by the band of a Tears for Fears song.

The Sickness was a really good album. I can remember hearing it back when I was in high-school. The thing about The Sickness was that it grabbed your attention. Disturbed as always been good at doing that. Their songs are like “Hey, Listen to Me” and it works too because they are good songs.

The groups second album Believe then followed two years later in 2002. Tracks on this album are "Liberate", "Believe", "Awaken", "Rise", and "Prayer". With this album the band really edged up their sound.

That's not saying that Believe was more metal than The Sickness but it was a different feel. Disturbed continued to use quick choppy vocals backed by solid guitar licks to develop their sound on this album.

Ten Thousand Fists was released three years later. Tracks from this album include "Guarded", "Forgiven", "Avarice", "I'm Alive", "Stricken", "Ten Thousand Fists" and a remake of the Genesis hit "Land of Confusion".

2008, the band releases Indestructible, a continuation in the metal saga of the band. Hard hitting tracks from this album include "Inside the Fire", "The Night", "Divide", "Deceiver" and "Indestructible".

With this album the group continues to impress metal fans everywhere with their no-nonsense performances and incredible on-stage energy. The bands performances at Ozzfest are perhaps their most

The group also has released several DVD's to celebrate their career thus far. This include the Disturbed M.O.L and a live version of the Indestructible Tour in Germany. Both are available through links on this page.

Disturbed is one of those fiery intense metal driven bands that keep heads rocking and mosh pits battling. Their songs are always pumped full of hard rocking metal might and teeming with attitude. Their music is a blood boiling, fervent gung-ho like drive topped with the overwrought vocals of Draiman igniting the whole thing resulting in pure metal mastery.

Heavy metal at it’s core the band continues to bring their fans great music. They have that sound that just makes you want to hear more from them. Personally my favorite video from them is “Land of Confusion” just because of the art direction the band took with the song.
